That is a MLC Flash and is not supported by XPORT which only supports SLC.
You would need the Mach1 for that flash support.
 
XPORT is designed for low-density NAND (up to 4Gbit). Mach1 is designed for high-density NAND (devices up to 128Gbit and higher).
