From your previous photos the modem shows the first 2 LEDs on when powered up , I assume the 2nd led is flashing this tells me the modem boots and is in a working condition , as for the JTAG header this is hard to prove unless you can get hold of a multimeter
 
I'm going to my dads house to get a multimeter i will message you when im back thanks for your time
 
It is kind of hard for me to give you more advice at the moment as we need to troubleshoot everything now an I would first start with a continuity test and this requires a multimeter.
 
Set your multimeter to continuity and verify it beeps when you touch the pins on the modem and fcusb
 
Hello, I'm just got back from holiday and i have my Multimeter with me now i will send some pictures
 
what do i have to set it on and where fors it go so we can test the, to see if its connected

Set it to where i marked and when you touch your 2 prongs together either the MM will emit a beep and/or the digital settings will show 0 when they are touched

I am Back now! so what do i have to do connect the multimeter to see if there is power from the flashcatusb to the modem itself
 
Bottom of your solder points on the modem to the corresponding solder points on the bottom of fcusb.
 
Hello, So for long reply i had issues and it got me mad so i broke it but i have brought another one just come damm, but yeah i have my mutimeter and the same router (sb5100e) and how can you tell if the router is bricked i don't think it is but i still cant get a connection just says error connecting to target bored have done the pins wright from the modem to the fcusb but i cant get connection so im wondering if it could be the router i very much doubt it would be it i think im going wrong somewhere but i dont where, i have put the pins right and still error connection even tried on 5v :/
