got some advance using 5 volts usb connector using spi mode nrf24le11 memory size 16,384 bytes / main flash block

I can see the contents of the memory more when I see the contents of the memory saved is quite different from what I see on the tab spi flash

A script will be of no use to you on that chip , as you are not programming sectors , all you need is for it to write the full flash therefore the SPI tab will be enough.
Dont use the NRF part as that is giving you incorrect sizes .

I could only using the feature and version nrs 282 black cat, put the size of my flash 0x00400000 and put in place the page bytes did the correct reading, I'll try to write the same way by changing only the bytes.

Yes unfortunately that is not the correct way , but if it works for you , you can try it.
You may need another connection to the chip linked to vcc , by linking hold to it
