BCUSB doesn't connect to device

Hello,
I'm using windows 7 SP1 Ultimate in DV5 1040et notebook. It has .NET Framework 3.5.1. It has last important update. BCUSB detects flash. Script function says : Loaded script SB6120.bsc successfully. But, there isn't SB6120's tab.

Tell me is it just the scripts in SPI mode that wont load or do they not load in EJTAG mode either ? Also can you get me a screenshot of the console window after you have tried to load the script a few times , so i can see the error code in the window.

Hi, I tried SPI mode. SB6120 has SPI flash. BCUSB didn't dedect flash when i uploaded BCUSB.6.03.EJTAG.hex firmware. There wasn't "Load Script" button. When i removed 3M test clip, there was "Load Script" button. But, there wasn't sb6120's tab when i uploaded sb6120.bcs or vmg300.bcs.

EJTAG firmware will not work on a SPI device ,, i was wondering if you did not have an EJTAG device to test on ?

Also could you zip the bcusb software (complete) that you are using and upload it for me somewhere , so i can have a look at it to see if there is anything in there causing the issue.
 
Just tried your uploaded files and they work ok on my PC .... Last things to check are you running as Administrator on your PC ? and also do you maybe have an Anti virus that could be blocking the application at all ?
 
Yes, i'm running as administrator on my notebook. I will try without Avira Antivirus, Comodo firewall.

I have tried to replicate this issue and i am unable too , you dont perhaps have another pc you could try the software on to see if you have the same issue ??

Sorry we are at a loss here , as it seems that it is only you that is having issues loading the scripts , i do not know what to suggest further.
I am waiting for the developer to get back to me , hopefully he will have more insight and a possable solution

For example,
BCUSB software has to work first or not.
 
The software is working as it loads and sees your flash , for some or other reason something is stopping your scripts from loading , even though the software shows the script as active . This is what we need to find out
 
Ok.
I will set up win7 again and I will try without any software. There will be only drivers.

Good to see it working , would be intresting to know exactly what you had on the pc that caused the script blockage.
 
I'm having the same problem. Every time I try to read it. I'm getting 0000. I am using the test clip also.

Also my SB6120 the lights stays on. I know I did a bad flash. I have the full dump, but can't flash it. Please let me know if there's another way to flash the dump, so I can restore it. I have try 2 othere computers and still the same results.
