I'm still getting the same issues. Modem lights are all on but Dim. Is this normal? Also no 192.168 option. You think I might of brick my modem?

I doubt the modem is bricked , did you flash this full dump on the SPI tab ?
Also when it was finished flashing did you disconnect your bcusb from the device when you rebooted ?

Yes. I have flash it with SPI flash tab. It was writting flash at 160kbs which is normal. When flash was complete. I've diconnected the BSCUSB and power from usb and disconnected the VCC from R362. I could try to flash it again and see.

Ok reflash it again , this should work as i have it working on my 6120 with no issues.

I've noticed that when I use power supply. It won't detect flash, but when I use USB power, it detects, read, and write fine. So now I'm thinking something is wrong here. If I can get the power supply to detect, then that should fix my problem with flashing it. Is there a security protection on chip?

I have noticed on a corrupt flash been written to the device that the flash detection via ISP is hard to do.
There is no security protection on the chip itself.
Do me a favour reload the dump i posted , reboot the modem and if it doesnt come on , take a full backup and post it here , i just want to compare somethings

update:

Got my power supply to detect flash. So I flashed it again, unplug power and BCUSB from modem. Plug in modem to power supply and same issue. All leds on modem stays on.

Does your first led (top power) come on bright or is it dim ?

Ok just flash this , You can load this through the spi tab as well it will auto set the offset needed.
once this is flashed tell me if the powe led alters at all

Very weird , as they are almost identical apart from the nvram which is normal . your main part the uboot and firmware parts match perfectly.
Tell me have you soldered anything onto the modem , the reason i ask is there may be a solder bridge somewhere ?

On back of modem. There's no bridge to solder them together. Here's some pictures.

could you get me a clearer picture of the soldering on the flash please

It seems ok , it is a strange one this , everything is saying it should work , I am pretty sure there is something small that is causing this .
Can you remove the wire from pin2 completely and see if you can get a detection just with ISP and mains power
