Blackcat PCB 1.7 and windows 10

PCB 1.7 is not supported in the latest software release , but will still work on Win10 with it's relevant software package, you just have to re-install the drivers from the software package
 
There are many versions. What software and driver should I use for Win10? Can you write?
 
anyone ever figure this out i have a blackcat flasher 1.8 that i got to work on windows 10 but i cant seem to get it to detect any of the chips on a sb6120 or any other 16 pin chip
