Chip erase takes very long and only erasing parts of NAND

Hi,

SW ver.638 is taking like 20 minutes to erase chip and after that, only some of the first blocks(?) are erased.
Chips tried:
ESMT F59L1G81MB-25TG2M
MT29F1G08ABAEAWP-AITX:E TR

Update: also Analyze on the NAND Memory Map seems not doing anything, maybe its related to the above?
