I am using purchaged FlashCatUSB Mach with In-circuit TSOP-48 NAND X8 clip.

I have contacted the developer regarding this, do you have any more info on this chip as i cannot seem to find a datasheet specifically for the markings seen in the jpeg.

So this is an interesting MLC flash. Its an Intel 64Gbit NAND. But in order to add support, I would need to take a look at the datasheet, but unfortunately I do not see any versions posted online. Note: the ID is correct, so your connection to the device is valid.

But I hope you will be able to find a dataset and add support for this chip to an excellent FlashCatUSB.

Here is the current binary with this flash definition added. But remember, we don't know the ECC for this chip, so most likely that scheme will need to be figured out and used to correct the data accordingly.
