having trouble to programing a xilinx chip

Hi to everybody i´m new here i just buy a blackcatusb programer and when i try to program a matrix v1 rgh whit xilinx chip the program show me the next lines.

the error of the script hapen when i want to flash the chip whit a .svf file, well hope you can help me guys thanks in advance.

Program it with .xsvf not .svf

thanks for your help, can you tell me were can i find the files for rgh whit .xsvf extension because i´m looking for those files but i didn´t find it, again thanks for your help

Goto the TX website and download the J-runner application , you will find the needed files in there
