How do I upgrade my v1.4 PCB to AVR 6?

I found an old PCB v1.4 in a drawer. When I try to connect it BC build 257 it can see it but in the console I get "BlackcatUSB board has outdated firmware" in the status it says "Please upgrade AVR firmware to 6.00 or newer"

Anyone have any idea how I can do this? I flip the dip switchs and the firmware tab still won't show.

Set your dip switches in the correct position and press the reset button on the board , this will allow it to enter DFU mode.

Please update your user manual. I have spent about 2 hours trying to figure out how to upgrade firmware, and just now tried the dip switches in the OPPOSITE of what your image indicates!

Which user manual are you referring too , as the bootloader DFU mode works in both the positions indicated in either the WIKI (outdated ) and in the documentation folder of the release pack.
