How do i upgrade to my pcb 1.2 to avr 7.0

i need help from upgrade my bcusb pcb v1.2 to avr 7.0

What version of firmware do you have on there at present ?
You might be able to do it with the current software by pressing the reset button , putting the device into DFU mode

my current version is avr 6.0 build 275

Use the software to load the new firmware , press the reset button on the programmer and it will open the dfu tab to program on the software.

if I'm not mistaken is the Flipp 3.3 atmel but I tell you that I've used and will not let me upload.

Does your FCUSB go into DFU mode ?

If you press the reset button on FCUSB , does your device go into DFU mode or does nothing happen ? if you start the software and then press the reset button you should see if the device goes into DFU mode as the option to change the firmware will then show.
