laptop crashed during flash, only online light is blinking sb5101

I was updating the firmware via Ethernet cable. When the laptop locked up it was in the middle of the flash. I am new to the hobby , so I am lost. I am using a pcb 1.8 BCUSB. It sees the modem and can pull from it and even program it. I pulled all of the files off of my other modded sb5101. When i tried factory 2mb flashes and the files directly out of my 2nd modem, i got the same result. It just keeps blinking on the online light. if i plug in the ethernet cable it does turn on the light, to let me know it sees it. yet 192.168.100.1 does not come up. any ideas or anything? i have tried everything i can find on the net for debricking. thanks for any help you guys can offer. have a great day

If BCUSB detects the modem and sees the flash , then it is a matter of making sure the backup files are 100% . When you flash the device , do you get any errors in the console tab or does it flash without any issues ?

hey D3mon,
i am leaving for work right now, i will post up logs tonight when i get back home. Thanks for the quick response and willingness to help.

No Problem , as i said as long as the flash is detected by BCUSB , then it should be an easy fix.

I was late getting to work but oh well, i got some results so i was happy. it finally, after 2 days of trying took the hax firmware and booted up. i logged into modem and checked it afterwards. ill post the log for it just to see if you see anything out of the blue. the only thing i changed was the BCUSB software. i grabbed the new update and used it. thanks for the offer and helping hand. i know i will need it when i start on the sb6120 thats on my kitchen table next lol.

From what i can see in the log is you individually programmed the bootloader and then the firmware , whereas in your original post you said you used the full 2MB dump , it leads me to believe that the 2MB dump was possably corrupt.
But glad you got it working.

The SB6120 is easy to flash , all depends on your connection to the modem , but when you try it and have any issue let me know , i am sure we will get it sorted.

yeah it could have been. i used the 2mb dump as a last resort. again D3mon thanks for the help
