NOTICE: TSOP48 NAND X8 ADAPTER RECALL

Some adapters (with markings that say "TSOP-48 (NAND X8)") have a manufacturer defect where as the WP# of the device is not pulled up to VCC. This problem will cause the adapters to not be able to ERASE or WRITE data. To fix this issue, you can send your adapter back (contact your sales agent) or solder a single wire from WP# to VCC as show:

Pantheon, thank you very much for the solution, I already can write and erase the NAND...

Can you tell me if mine is affected, mine reads: "TSOP-48 (Type-B)"

Also it is missing the component I circled in red bellow

Edit: I just did a continuity test and the pins that were bodged in the image, it seems like my adapter is fine.

@ricktendo
Mine is TSOP-48 (Type B), exactly the same as the image! Did you write any after the modification?
