Here is the situation:

I need to be able to change IP without restarting the modem. Currently the method of getting a new IP is to spoof mac + restart modem.

From what I understand, the CPE table needs to be cleared before a new mac can be accepted, it clears it when the modem reboots.

I am willing to pay someone a nice consultation fee to help me achieve this.
