Programmer disconnected error

I have a FlashCatUSB programmer. At first time it worked fine, but accidentally I have pressed the reset button and at now I can't connect to PC. When I connect the programmer to the PC the sw write "FlashCat USB status: disconnected". What is the problem? How can I fix it? I have tried to connect in application and bootloader mode, too.
 
Are your dip switches in the correct position ? What version of BCUSB do you have ? Does your pc detect BCUSB when you plug it in ?
