SBG900 Script

The script file will have to be made from scratch , i will start on that now , what i need from you is the output in your console tab when you connect the device.

Ok let me start on a script for this device ,,, you should not be trying to write to this device with any other script , you could end up bricking the device. Wait until i post a script here for you to test.

Ok try this "TEST" script. I do not have a SBG900 to test this on , so i am relying on you for feedback . First of all make sure you have a working backup of your modem before you proceed .
Goto your scripts folder and open the Autorun.ini file with notepad and add this line 334817F:SBG900.bcs:SBG900 then save it.
Once you have added the attached script into your script folder , when you start the device and software , you should then be able to choose the SBG900 from the drop down tab.

I think the modem is already bricked

when i plug in the power supply only 3 yellow leds lit up and then after abt 15-20 secs the go off and stays off.

What Build of BCUSB are you running ?? It seems to be an old version possably Build257 or less , you need to update to the latest Build , plus the new firmware for the BCUSB and try again.

Ya i updated n its working now . . .

there is Firmware 1 and 2 how do i do it

trying to put up consola firmware. . .

If your bootloader is not corrupt , all you should have to do is load your firmware file into the write of "Firmware1" let it flash

Possably , I do not know the extent of what you have done to this device , to get it to the bricked stage , but first load the firmware only and see what happens .

Did this script work ok for you ? Were the read /writes error free ?

Hello guys

I have a bricked sbg900 and i use blackcatusb, i flashed the modem
With a firmware and it got bricked, i had a backup of the original firmware and still bricked, 3 yellow lights, after 5 secs the other light doesnt came up.

I can read the 4mb firmware on the modem so the script i think its working, but i dont know if the
Script supports writing 4mb firmware...

Any help will appreciate

Did you make a backup before you flashed the device ? I do not personally have one of these devices , but i believe there may be issues writing to the device , but as people did not come back to respond to questions it is hard to find the problem.

If you have a working backup try flashing it via the flash tab and see what it says in console tab.

yes i have a backup, i flash and still bricked, here is a log file of my console tab

Looking at the console log , it seems as if the Write was successful , are you sure the backup is correct and not corrupt ?

I have 3 different backups and i think 1 should work, mine and other two working to other ppls on the net
