Unknown chip AAA HNG 2AA

A chip with the markings AAA HNG 2AA has been detected in FlashcatUSB, however it is not in the library. The information in the log provided the following information: RDID: 0xFFFFFF REMS:0x1F46. Could you please add that to the library? Forgive me, for I'm new to Flashcat but when you do add a chip to the library what do i have to do to update the library, download and re-install the new version? Thanks for all your help.

Not really useful as I cannot find any info from those markings , what does the bottom side of the chip look like ?
also what device is this from as it may help in finding info on it
