Flash memory detected but not found in Flash library

Hey whats up guys, how is everyone?

I am a Flashcat Classic and USB XPORT user.
I came across this issue the other day: "Flash memory detected but not found in Flash library"
This is whats printed on the chip: XMC 25QU128BHIQ PP907500 69 2023 C.
I know is not any ic programmer that read XMC chips. I know because last year I tried to read from a XMC chip using my Flashcat Classic, and it was not able to read it. I was able to read using my other USB XPORT. But on this ocasion my USB XPORT was not able to read it.
Is there a solution about this?
