Help finding pinout on Zoom 5341J

I havent purchased a BCUSB device yet, and I just started to wonder if I can hack my new modem. I am new to this, but I just want to make sure the modem is compatible with BlackCat and how I would go about figuring out the correct pinout. I do not know if this modem is based on a similar design, as I am very new to this whole topic. Ill include some pictures of the board and the spot I assume to be the solder point for the pins. In the last picture you can sort of see indents in the solder points where the factory may have probed it to program it... idk. Anyways, any help would be greatly appreciated :)

BCUSB will be able to program the flash on that device as it has an SPI chip on board , as regards to hacking it , ie. loading modified firmware on it , you would have to seek that advice from another place.
The pinout on there will be similar to all other SPI devices , with the exception that as we do not know the ISP point , you would have to supply external voltage to Pin2 on the chip.

Can you modify the flash/bios/rom on the device manually to unlimit the speeds then reflash it with the modified rom?

No , you will need modified firmware for that , and even then it may not work ,, as said before you will need to find a hacking forum for that information , this site is just how to use the BCUSB programmer
