Can you post me a photo of your connection so i can follow the lines you have connected ..
 
Yes from FCUSB to the modem so i can follow your connections
 
furst i had 40 m/f jtag and i counted 10 of coz there are 10 mins on the jtag

That is the correct ones , but you don't need all 10 connected, for the GND connection you only need 1 not all 5
 
there are 10 mins and i have counted 10 of the 40 male/female

5 of those pins on the modem are ground , you only need to connect 1 of them , so in total you will have 6 leads connected out of the 10
 
The section of pins where you have the blue and green leads they are all ground so you only need 1 lead connected there , the front ones are your main connections , i need to see those all connected to the FCUSB
 
Yes take either one off it does not matter as long as you have one connected , then connect the rest to the fcusb board as per the previous wiki entry i linked you too , they should correspond with these ...

Just use the M/M then you can connect direct onto the fcusb board that way i can see the connection better , i just noticed you mentioned M/F , don't use them
 
You have it reversed ,, all the pins at the back should be on the front ,,, you can see the numbers either side that show a 1 and a 9 they are your main pins
