Changelog for Build 345
1. Option so set Jtag VCC pin removed , this will now be done automatically in the firmware
2. Settings drop down menu re-arranged to be more clear
3. Use Manual SPI settings fixed due to some errors.
4. Various fixes in some of the language files.
