Very straight forward , you can follow the SO-16 layout configured here http://www.blackcatusb.net/wiki/index/ if you are removing the flash chip from the device , or if you are planning to do ISP programming follow this :
In this picture above i have highlighted the pins you must connect to on the BCUSB device.
And to connect it to the ISP point , you can solder to one of the points in the picture below, this will then connect to your VCC point on your BCUSB programmer.
If you connect it as above you should get a connection in your bcusb software.
