Request for Winbond W25Q64BV SPI

I am driving the WP low and hi depending on my needs.
I hope someone else can confirm that this chip works well or not? the exact part number is: W25Q64BVZEIG.

Did you upload new firmware (which is attached to 326 software build) for SPI mode to BCUSB (version 3.04)?
Why do you need to manipulate with WP pin?

I have checked that I already have the latest software version (build 326) and BCUSB version 3.04. I needed to manipulate my WP pin because I didn't want to corrupt the PROM data.
I have disconnected the WP pin just to experiment, it didn't solve the issue.

@pep2k, are you successfully reading and writing to your Winbond memory now?
Any advice?

Yes, I have successfully loaded my bin images to 8 chips and I'm using them in WR703N routers. I can read and programm them without any problems.
My Winbond chips are in another package but I don't think that it could be a reason for your programming problem. Strange problem.

thanks @pep2k for the prompt reply, indeed it is a strange problem and have no clue what else could be done to clear the issue.
BTW, it is happening on all the chip that I am using right now.

Can you post some pictures of your connection from BCUSB to the chip ?
