SBV6220 + Test Clip = Not Supported?

Hello,
I'm trying to rescue my broken SBV6220. I have BCUSB 1.8 and Test Clip. ISP point seems little damaged because of soldering.
And also is there anyone has issues .NET Framework and Windows 7 x64?

There are no .net framework issues with win7 X64.
If your isp point is damaged , you may be better off putting 3v on to the vcc pin of the chip itself.

Thank you for your help D3m0n. Some people saying there is alternate isp point (SB6120) next to R362. What do you think?
