Yes I have done that already now I'm having a hell of a time getting the modem online. This is my first time using haxoware and this modem. But I'll just have to read and read and google and google.

I downloaded and tested the newbcs for the 2100

Sorry wont be able to help you get the modem online as this is not what the site is/was intended for , you should be able to find the answers you are looking for regarding that matter on SBH/CH or the other modem hacking sites. But may be a hell of an effort these days with all the new security the ISP's are putting in place.

I am going to start a section regarding making your own scripts , it is very straight forward once you get the hang of it , that way people can modify /make scripts to there own liking. You will all of noticed a lot of problems are either down to delays, bad backup's etc. This is where the testing comes in on the software with the scripts , as each device , no matter how similar are different at times. So it is a matter of getting people to understand a little better , so they can modify there scripts themselves to suit there specific devices.

I am glad that everything is working for you guys now , there will be another software release soon , which will have fixed a few bugs and some changes, then more teesting.... Stay tuned.

I didn't expect to get help with setting up the modem here. I know I have to read elswhere for that.

The new Script section sounds good I'd like to get more knowledge on writing scripts so I look forward to it. Thanks again for all your help.

Just trying to keep the site legit as possable , hence the no help with that particular issue . Plus i have noticed on other forums it turns into i can and you cant fight , so just trying to avoid any conflicts.


I will start working on a tutorial for the scripts over the weekend , and post a basic starting guide for people , it should help people a lot once they understand parts of how the script engine works.

Is the connections and other settings the same as dpc2100r2 in DPC2100R3

No as far as i am aware the DPC2100 R3 has a SPI Flash where as R1 & R2 are TSOP.

It is the same for any SPI flash check the manual in the release pack for connection purposes , alternatively if there is jtag points on the modem , have you tried connecting your BCUSB to them and seeing if you get a detection ?

edit: I was able to flash haxorware on there with the one click method in the attached .rar. I've successfully flashed my modem to the newest haxorware using it. Thanks so much for your help, d3mon, as well as your quick replies. You've been extremely helpful. I'll keep reading these forums as long as you keep updating them.

confirmed working!!.. attached pics as proof, tested with different firmware version as showed on screens... thanks guys for sharing!!
btw SBH is gone forever ?
